NOTES:
- A "Non-competitor" applies to those people who are attending the championships in an official capacity only (e.g. referee).
- The cost of the Saturday Night Championship Dinner is included in the Competitor and Non-competitor costs. Dinner is not included in the seminar only cost.
- The cost for team events is $10 per each team member. Costs for team events should be covered by State Associations.
